elevate your game with our weekly coaching sessions
Unlock your full potential with our specialized weekly training program designed to elevate every aspect of your game. Across four focused sessions, players will sharpen their skills, build confidence, and gain the tools to dominate in any match situation.
MONDAY
Master your first touch to set up every play with purpose. Through repetition and situational drills, players learn to control the ball cleanly and efficiently under pressure to create space when it matters.
TUESDAY
Develop total control with focused work on footwork, dribbling, and close-touch technique. Players will gain confidence on the ball and improve their ability to navigate tight spaces under pressure.
WEDNESDAY
Boost your explosiveness, reaction time, and overall athletic performance. These sessions build fast feet, sharp turns, and quick acceleration to gain an edge in every match situation.
THURSDAY
Sharpen your finishing skills with drills focused on shooting accuracy, power, and creativity in front of goal. This session is designed for players who want to become confident and consistent goal-scorers.

Fast, fun, and freestyle ⚡️—our Street Soccer session is all about creativity, flair, and high-energy play. Players will develop close control, 1v1 skills, and confidence in tight spaces through small-sided games and skill challenges. The perfect way to sharpen your instincts and express yourself on the ball.
sunday
We have the only Ball Launcher Pro in Nevada, capable of delivering over 200 balls per hour at speeds up to 55 mph. It supports solo drills, team exercises, and goalkeeper training, without the need for manual ball feeds.
Ball Launcher Pro sessions run on Sundays with Club Director Dave Wren, and are available on a limited, first-come-first-served basis. Please get in touch via email to set one up for you and your team.

Come along to one of our open sessions and meet our coaches and your new teammates!

Become a Stars Academy Club Member and get access to as many of our core training sessions as you like. Sessions run daily Monday-Thursday between 5pm and 8pm.

Our coaches run evaluations twice every year, grading your Star in 5 key areas. You’ll end up with an overall score which you can track easily over time.

Private Skill Sessions are available twice every week - just sign up and pay as you go to improve key areas of your game. Also open to the public, but Club Members get a 50% discount.
